Successful NExT talents will be our future experts or leaders in the core areas of our business.  The tailor-made NExT Program will equip you with professional expertise, operation know-how as well as required competencies through job assignments in China and worldwide. After the induction period in our Headquarter in Paderborn, Germany, you will be also accompanied with various learning initiatives including comprehensive and structured classroom trainings, on- job trainings as well as challenging international project assignments and dialogues with management all along the training period.  Tutoring, career coaching and regular performance reviews are also in place to help you identify your key strengths and development areas to ensure that you stay on track in achieving your professional and personal goals. After having successfully passed the NExt program you will start your career in our Chinese Headquarter in Shanghai (Jiading).
